Include your order number if you have one. If you are checking whether something fits, send the internal measurements of your case rather than its model name — two suitcases sold as “22-inch” can differ by an inch and a half inside, and that is usually the whole question.

If an item arrived damaged, a photograph of the item and one of the outer box lets us replace it the same day instead of asking you for more.
