Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with Upstao. By buying from us you agree to them.

Who may order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a contract where you live. We sell to the United States only.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may decline one — a pricing error, an address we cannot ship to, an order that looks like resale, or a suspected fraudulent payment — and if we do you are not charged.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. If a listing is obviously mispriced we contact you before charging anything rather than quietly cancelling.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and its processors. By submitting an order you confirm the payment method is yours and authorise the charge.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; until then a lost or damaged parcel is ours to solve, not yours.

Product descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including real measurements. Screens vary, so colour may differ slightly from the photographs. Where a measurement matters to you, trust the number rather than the picture.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Upstao and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, or use it to break the law. We may refuse service for any of those.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
