One sealed side for what is still wet
The usual solution to a wet toothbrush is a hotel bathroom cup and a delay, and the usual outcome is packing it damp into a bag full of dry things. This one runs two compartments back to back: the dry side is a standard lined main with elastic loops, and the wet side is a fully welded TPU pocket with a water-resistant zip that holds moisture in rather than passing it through the divider. It is the same idea as a gym wet-dry bag, at wash-kit scale, and it is the reason the bag comes home without a smell.

Questions about the wash bag
Will the wet side really stay wet?
The pocket is welded rather than stitched and the zip is coated, so a wet toothbrush or flannel keeps its moisture inside for a flight. It is not airtight — leave it sealed for two days and it will smell, as anything would.
Can I put a wet swimsuit in it?
A swimsuit for a child, or a wrung-out one for an adult, yes. A soaking adult swimsuit is more water than a 22 cm pocket should hold — a proper wet-dry bag is the right size for that.
How do I dry it out at home?
Turn the wet pocket out as far as it goes, rinse it under a tap, and stand the bag fully open somewhere with air. Zipped shut and damp is how any wet pocket goes musty.
