Questions about the sleep mask
Does light still get in at the nose?
That is the usual failure and the reason for the adjustable bridge. Pinched to your own nose shape it closes the gap; on a very low bridge you may still see a sliver, which the strap tension takes out.
Will it work for a side sleeper?
The cups stand about 2 cm proud, so on a pillow the rim takes the pressure rather than your eye. It is deeper than a flat mask, which some side sleepers dislike on a soft pillow.
Is silk worth it over a synthetic?
For the face side, yes — it does not drag on skin at the temples when you turn, which is what wakes people. The structure comes from the cups and the foam; silk is about comfort, not blackout.
