STOP LIVING OUT OF A SUITCASE ON THE FLOOR
The week-long trip where you never unpack is a week of kneeling on carpet digging through a case. This hangs on the wardrobe rail the minute you arrive, four shelves deep, and the rest of the trip your clothes are somewhere you can see them — the same as being at home.
-
Hangs the whole trip at once — four shelves on a wardrobe rail, unpacked in about a minute
-
Folds flat to 5 cm — travels in the case like a large cube, not as extra luggage
-
Steel hook, not plastic — takes a loaded organizer on a thin hotel rail without flexing
-
Zipped bottom shelf — closes over underwear and socks so the shelf does not shed
-
A day per shelf — or a category per shelf, if you would rather sort by type
Four fabric shelves on a steel hook. It hangs in the hotel wardrobe on arrival and holds the whole trip in one place, so you unpack once instead of living out of a case on the floor.
Unpack once, on arrival, in one minute
The frame is a light steel hook with a webbing spine and four collapsible shelves, each deep enough for a folded stack of tops or a day's outfit. Packed, it folds flat to about 5 cm and goes into a case like a large cube. On arrival you lift it out, hook it on the wardrobe rail, and the packing is done. The bottom shelf has a zip closure for smalls. It is the single biggest change you can make to a week-long stay, and it costs you one cube of case depth.

Questions about the hanging organizer
Will it fit in a carry-on?
Folded it is 5 cm deep and roughly the footprint of a large packing cube, so yes in a 24-inch case. In a 20-inch cabin case it fits but takes most of one side, which is the trade for unpacking in a minute.
Does the hook fit a hotel rail?
It is a swivel hook sized for a standard wardrobe rail up to about 3 cm across. On a fixed rail with no gap you hang it from the rail itself; on hotel rails with captive hangers it goes over the rail directly.
How much does each shelf hold?
A folded stack of four or five tops, or one full day's outfit including a layer. Loaded evenly the whole thing carries a week for one person; overload the top shelf and the spine will lean.
