PACK A WHOLE WEEK, CARRY FOUR DAYS OF SPACE
The suitcase is never too small; the clothes are just full of air. These six cubes give you somewhere to put the week and a second zipper to squeeze the air back out of it, so the case that barely closed on Friday shuts flat on Sunday with room for what you bought.
-
Compresses with a second zip — no pump, no valve, nothing to lose in a hotel room
-
Mesh tops stay honest — you can find the grey t-shirt without opening four cubes
-
Sized to a 24-inch carry-on — two large cubes sit flat side by side without wedging
-
Shoe sleeve keeps soles out — a separate sealed pouch so trainers never touch clean shirts
-
Ripstop nylon, bar-tacked — the handle seams are reinforced where a full cube pulls hardest
Six cubes that hold a week of clothes at roughly the volume of four days. The compression zip is the whole point: pack normally, then run the second zipper and watch the stack drop by about a third.
Two zips: one packs, one shrinks
Each cube is built from ripstop nylon with a mesh top panel, so you can see what is inside without unpacking it on a hotel bed. The outer zipper closes the cube; the inner one pulls the sidewalls down and forces the air out of folded cotton and knitwear. Jeans and sweaters give up the most volume, shirts the least. The set runs large, medium, small, a slim flat pouch and a separate shoe sleeve, sized so two larges sit side by side across a 24-inch carry-on without wedging.

Questions about the cube set
Does the compression zip actually do anything?
On folded cotton and knitwear it takes roughly a third off the pack height. On a cube full of shirts or nylon shells there is less air to remove, so expect closer to a tenth.
Will two large cubes fit a carry-on?
Side by side, yes, in a standard 24-inch case. In a 20-inch international carry-on the large cube fits lengthways with the medium beside it and the small stacked on top.
Can I wash the cubes?
Hand wash cold and air dry flat. A machine cycle will survive the fabric but it tends to crease the coil zips, which is what makes compression stiff after a few trips.
